Just (Say It) Do It – #TR30Days

Inspired by my Facebook Friends “Fit Chick In The City” – love them!

So, maybe I’ve fallen down on my workouts a little.  Or a lot; you know, it’s open to interpretation.  😉  But, if I’m honest?  It’s just one area of many that took a backseat to work lately.  In an effort to regain ‘lifestyle Feng Shui’  – I’m taking #TR30Days to a ‘micro’ level.  We’re busting out one week.  That’s it.  Just one focus:  My health.

Working Out 

  • Monday: Morning:  5k  + ab machine   Evening:  5k + Leg machine
  • Tuesday: Morning:  Yoga + 5k     Evening:  5k + arm resistance thingy
  • Wednesday: Morning:  5k + ab machine     Evening:  5k + Leg machine
  • Thursday: 10k + Yoga
  • Friday: Morning:  5k + ab machine     Evening:  5k + Leg Machine
  • Saturday: Sunrise Yoga, 1.5 mile run & 10k cooldown
  • Sunday: Morning:  10k + Sunrise Yoga      Evening:  10K

  • EAT LUNCH – Salads this week
  • No coffee out this week. 😦  Seriously, though; even ‘non-fat’ is really not good for you (read: me)
  • An apple a day after working out
  • 6 bottles of water *ugh* a day… but, need it – I’m dehydrated again.
